1. Service Description

Drafted Racing ("the Service") is a team management platform for cycling clubs participating in Zwift racing leagues such as ZRL and WTRL. The Service allows team captains and commissioners to manage rosters, lineups, and rider availability.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your Zwift profile
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Comply with all applicable Zwift and racing league rules
• Not use automated tools or scripts to access the Service without permission

4. Intellectual Property

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and data sources:

• Zwift - Zwift and ZwiftRacing are trademarks of Zwift, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Zwift.
• ZwiftRacing.app - Performance data is sourced from publicly available ZwiftRacing.app profiles.
• WTRL/ZRL - Race schedule and league information is sourced from WTRL. We are not affiliated with WTRL.

All other content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by the Service operators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Service

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for decisions made by league commissioners, team captains, or other users based on information displayed in the Service. Race results, lineups, and eligibility determinations are the responsibility of the respective racing leagues.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate rider data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information sourced from third-party platforms such as ZwiftRacing.app. Power data, weights, and other metrics are provided for reference only and should be verified independently for official race eligibility purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
